About Our Services

Cochin Appliance Care provides repair, maintenance, and installation services for home appliances including but not limited to:

• •Washing Machines
• •Refrigerators
• •Air Conditioners
• •Microwave Ovens
• •Dishwashers
• •Water Heaters
• •Dryers
• •Kitchen Appliances

Services are currently available in selected locations across Kochi, Ernakulam, and nearby areas in Kerala.

Booking

Customers must provide accurate information while booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect information is provided or if service is unavailable in the requested location.

Inspection Charges

A service inspection or visiting charge may apply even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis. Customers will be informed of applicable charges before work begins.

Repair Estimate

Technicians will inspect the appliance and provide an estimated repair cost. Repair work will begin only after customer approval.

Spare Parts

If replacement parts are required:

• •Only compatible parts will be used
• •Availability may affect repair timelines
• •Prices of spare parts are separate from labour charges unless otherwise stated

Warranty

Warranty, if provided, applies only to:

• ✓Repairs performed by Cochin Appliance Care
• ✓Parts replaced by our technicians

Warranty does not cover:

• ✗Physical damage
• ✗Electrical fluctuations
• ✗Water damage
• ✗Improper usage
• ✗Unauthorized repairs by third parties

Payment

Payment shall be made immediately after completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may include:

• •Bank Transfer
• •Other digital payment methods

Cancellation

Customers may cancel appointments before technician dispatch. Late cancellations may attract a visiting charge where applicable.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• •Inform technicians of known issues
• •Keep children and pets away during repair work

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality service, Cochin Appliance Care shall not be liable for:

• •Existing defects in appliances
• •Manufacturer defects
• •Indirect or consequential losses
• •Delays caused by weather, traffic, part availability, or circumstances beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Website Usage

Users agree not to:

Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs belongs to Cochin Appliance Care unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
